Investigation begins into crane accident death on Chesapeake campus
The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration began an inquiry Wednesday into an accident Tuesday at the Chesapeake Energy Corp. campus in Oklahoma City that left one man dead and another injured. Authorities identified the man killed as Michael Parsons, 42.
